Dar Al-Dhabi Real Estate is a company focused on developing its own and any other third parties’ real estate assets, within and outside the State of Kuwait. It is a Kuwaiti Shareholding Closed Company (K.S.C.C.) which was established on November 19, 2007, and on February 19, 2008, the company registered its capital increase to KD 20 million at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

The capital of Dar Al-Dhabi Real Estate is utilized to undertake the development of plots on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
